What is Swar Vigyan?

Why is it called a miraculous science?

Swara Vigyan is one of the oldest Indian sciences, known by only a few. This knowledge is inherent within us; the only requirement is to recognize it. The best part is that this knowledge can be easily acquired with a little effort. The application of this knowledge extends throughout our lives. You don't need any mantras to learn it.

Divine energy is embedded within this knowledge. It holds so much power that it can positively transform your life. You can reach the pinnacle of success in your life.

This science is based on our breath. Have you ever thought about why God gave us two nostrils? And have you ever felt that at a given time, we usually use only one nostril to breathe? In reality, this is called "swara." We either use the right swara, left swara, or both. If we can control our swara and use it according to our will, then indeed, we can fill our lives with joy, success, prosperity, and happiness.

The right swara is also called Surya Swara, Purusha Swara, or Pingala Swara. The left swara is called Chandra Swara, Stri Swara, or Ida Swara. The central swara is called Sushumna Swara or Sushumna Nadi.

To understand how Breathing Science can change our lives and to know more about its miracles, watch the "Swar Vigyan Part 1" video in detail. Take full advantage of this knowledge because this unique science is available to you for free, and it will fill your life with happiness.

Chandra Swara, Surya Swara, and Sushumna Nadi:
What are they called?

And how can we change the Swara?

Chandra Swara: It is also called the feminine predominant Swara because its nature is stable, peaceful, and cooling, much like that of a woman. This Swara brings us numerous benefits.

Surya Swara: It is also known as the masculine predominant Swara. The nature of this Swara is energetic, courageous, and filled with masculinity, much like that of a man. This Swara plays a crucial role in our lives.

Sushumna Nadi: In this Swara, we are closest to the divine. Therefore, ascetics and those immersed in meditation make efforts to awaken the Sushumna Nadi.

To understand how these three Swaras influence our lives, watch the video "Swar Vigyan 2". By understanding this secret, you can transform your entire life.
